Andrey Lavrishchev, executive Director of FSUE Rosmorport appointed as Acting Rosmorport Director General from 5 October 2017, Rosmorport says in a press release.

On 4 October 2017, Vladimir Putin had a working meeting with Andrei Tarasenko during which the President announced his decision to appoint Mr Tarasenko Acting Governor of the Primorye Territory, says official website of Kremlin.

Andrey Lavrishchev was born on 12 October, 1959 in Blagoveschensk, Amur region.

In 1981 he graduated from Military Orders of Lenin, October Revolution and Suvorov Academy named after F.E. Dzerzhinsky with a specialization in physics energy control aids, as a military engineer of electronics.
In 1986 he graduated from Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov with a specialization in applied mathematics, as a mathematician.

He began his labor activity in 1976.

Career profile for over the last 5 years.
From July 2004 till February 2006 he was deputy director of Railway, Marine and River Transport State Policy Department of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
From February 2006 till September 2010 he held a post of deputy director of Marine and River Transport State Policy Department of Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
From September 2010 till September 2011 Andrey Vasilievich held the post of the Executive director of FSUE “Rosmorport”. From June till September 2011 acted as General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” without leaving his current position.
From September 2011 till March 2013 on the ground of the Government of Russian Federation Head S.B.Ivanov dated 13.09.2011 No. SI-P9-6473 and the Rosmorrechflot order dated 21.09.2011 No. 72/k-mrf held the post of the General director of the FSUE “Rosmorport”.
From March 2013 till present – Executive Director of FSUE “Rosmorport”.
In June 2013 in accordance with Rosmorrechflot order dated 19.06.2013 No. 132/k-mrf he acted as General Director of FSUE “Rosmorport” without leaving his current position.
